PURPOSE: A method for culturing adventitious roots using a bioreactor is provided, thereby increasing the production mass of adventitious roots by supplying an appropriate concentration of oxygen, carbon dioxide and/or ethylene gas to the adventitious roots of ginseng, mountain wild ginseng or wild ginseng during culturing of them. CONSTITUTION: The method for culturing adventitious roots using a bioreactor comprises the steps of: sterilizing and inoculating a parent plant selected from ginseng, mountain wild ginseng and wild ginseng to induce and proliferate callus of the parent plant; inducing and proliferating the adventitious roots from the callus; and culturing the adventitious roots in the bioreactor, supplying one or more gases selected from 25 to 100% of oxygen, 0.5 to 20% of carbon dioxide and 5 to 100 ppm of ethylene gas to the bioreactor during the cultivation of the adventitious roots.
