PURPOSE: A Tempo only for a sitz bath is provided to be used for a sitz bath during sleeping or working to remove an odor by various fungi to cause female diseases or from a secretion, to provide good ingredients into the womb to control a discharge from the womb, and to improve a user's vitality with the cleanliness and metabolism. CONSTITUTION: The Tempo only for a sitz bath comprises an absorption cotton with an outer layer(8) to which viscous liquid capsuled ingredients(6) are applied, the viscous liquid capsuled ingredients being melted to result in an effect of a sitz bath by a natural secretion when used and inserted; and the absorption cotton first absorbing the secretion to prevent an outflow of the secretion and to enable the capsuled ingredients(6) to be continuously melted for the sitz bath.
