PURPOSE: An oil level control device is provided to extend the oil change interval by maintaining the proper amount of oil in an oil pan and to lengthen the life span of an engine by preventing the rapid wear of frictional parts due to the shortage of oil. CONSTITUTION: An oil level control device comprises a chamber(3) formed on one upper end portion of an oil pan(1) to be connected with an oil filler(2) and reserved with a specific amount of oil, a valve hole(5) formed on the upper side wall of the oil pan to be communicated with the chamber, a valve body(6) for supplementing oil by supplying the oil in the chamber to the oil pan through the valve hole opened selectively, and an oil flow sensing unit(7) installed on the bottom on the oil pan and driving the valve body according to the weight of the oil filled in the oil pan.
