PURPOSE: A system for unlocking and managing a locking function of an electronic pulse in a mobile communication terminal having the electronic pulse and a method therefor are provided to re-input a password of an electronic pulse through user authentication if the electronic pulse is converted into a locking mode owing to a password error, thereby easily unlocking a locked state of the electronic pulse. CONSTITUTION: A controller(300) is comprised. A database(320) stores user matching information, user information, an authentication number, and a locking function unlocking frequency by mobile communication terminal number. A data transceiver(302) transceives a locking function unlocking request signal, processed results, and related signals with a mobile communication terminal. A user authenticator receives an authentication number from the mobile communication terminal, compares the received authentication number with the stored authentication number, and confirms whether a user is a legal one. A flag generator(310) generates a password re-input permission flag according to confirmed results, and transmits the flag to the mobile communication terminal. |
