PRESTRESSED PREFLEXTION H-BEAM AND PI-SHAPED PIER CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A construction method for a pi-shaped pier using a prestressed preflextion H-beam is provided to cut down the construction expenses by shortening a term of construction by a simple construction method and a scale-down of pier section. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a pi-shaped pier using a prestressed preflextion H-beam comprises the steps of: installing H-beams on both sides of the footing ground which forms a footing pier(14), then placing concrete to the footing pier(14); installing an upper pi-shaped pier by forming a pier head(11) on the upper end of the H-beam; installing a lower pi-shaped pier by forming a pier head(11) on the H-beam which forms a pier column; and installing a pi-shaped pier by placing concrete to the H-beam which forms the pier head(11) and the pier column of the upper and lower pi-shaped piers.
