PURPOSE: An assembly-type artificial fishing reef is provided to easily assemble and install an artificial reef, which is heavy, by having hardness and an easily assemblable assembly structure. CONSTITUTION: A unit length member and a corner connecting member(21) are formed by heating, melting and injection-molding waste vinyl or waste synthetic resin. The unit length member has a concave recess and an engaging hole facing each other formed on the left and right ends. The corner connecting member(21) has upper and lower vertical engaging portions(22) and front, rear, left and right horizontal engaging portions(27). The vertical engaging portions(22) have vertical couplers(23) and engagement engaging holes(24). The front, rear, left and right horizontal engaging portions(27) have fixing recesses(28) for fixing the ends of the unit length member.
