PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet processing device capable of accurately loading paper sheets discharged on a loading means, and an image forming system. SOLUTION: The paper sheet processing device comprises a carrying roller which is movable in a direction perpendicular to the direction for carrying paper sheets and carries the paper sheets to the loading means side, paper sheets end surface detecting means for detecting a position of the end surface of the paper sheets carried to the carrying means side, and a control means for controlling the movement of the carrying roller and the paper sheets end surface detecting means. The control means controls a moving distance of the carrying roller according to the position information of the end surface of the paper sheet detected by the paper sheets end surface detecting means to accurately load the paper sheets discharged on the loading means.
