SUBSTANCE: smoothening machine has self-propelled gantry, electric motor, smoothening and vibratory means. Vibratory means includes flexible shell, hydraulic reservoir with inlet and outlet channel systems and rotary blade compressor. Blade compressor has paired blade system. One blade, namely pumping blade is mounted for pumping liquid from inlet channel into cavity between blade compressor and flexible shell. Another blade, namely inversely pumping blade, is arranged for withdrawing excessive liquid from chamber into outlet channels of hydraulic reservoir. Flexible shell may be deformed for applying force upon outer layer of concrete mixture under liquid pressure. Smoothening means is formed as surrounding belt of blade compressor and may rotate relative blade compressor. EFFECT: increased quality of concrete mixture treatment, reduced cost. 2 dwg |
