<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seasoned curry powder, shortening required time for cooking by using the curry powder, easily usable and used for Furikake (powdery seasoning poured over cooked rice). <P>SOLUTION: This seasoned curry powder is constituted by blending conventional curry powder with seasoning raw materials such as amino acids, table salt, dried bonito powder, a bonito extract, sugar, a yeast extract, lactose, and raw materials such as spices, calcium, in suitable free allotments of amounts so as to be used as the Furikake. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
