<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treating system inexpensively manufacturable with a simple constitution, and purifying exhaust gas at inexpensive running cost. <P>SOLUTION: A small purifier 15 is constituted by using a catalyst 20 composed of an on-vehicle three way catalyst, and the purifier 15 is arranged in a test chamber 51, and thereby requiring no cooling and reheating of exhaust gas before being introduced into the purifier 15 more than necessary so that the exhaust gas processing system 1 can be easily and inexpensively constituted, and running cost can also be reduced. Since the purifier 15 is constituted by using the catalyst 20 composed of the on-vehicle three way catalyst as it is, there is no need to prepare the catalyst exclusive to the exhaust gas processing system 1 to further reduce manufacturing cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
