The present invention relates to a rotary abrasive tool of the type comprising a first element consisting of a rigid discoid support (1) equipped with means for coupling it to a drive motor, and of a second element formed by a removable disc (2) including an abrasive surface formed by the inclusion of abrasive materials in a binding resin, and a linking surface which has means for interacting with the discoid support (1), the securing-together of the two elements being achieved by means of hooks (3) rising up perpendicularly to the surface of one of the elements and by small loops (11) provided on the complementary element. The height of the shank of the hooks (3) is designed so as to maintain a gap between the surfaces of the two elements in the working position, and one of the said elements includes at least one vent situated in a central zone and opening into the gap lying between the said elements. <IMAGE>
