PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve usability of an electronic oven by displaying a time up to halfway stop at start of heating cooking. SOLUTION: This heating cooking device 12 is equipped with a humidity sensor 8 for detecting the food state in a heating cooking chamber 3, a processing circuit 6 for controlling heating based on a detected value by the humidity sensor 8, a display means 9 for displaying a heating time of the food, and a cooking menu different according to the kind of the food. In the device 12, when display of a required time from the start of heating until the halfway stop of the heating in the cooking menu selected by an input means 7 is required, an approximate heating time from the start of the heating until the halfway stop of the heating is displayed by the display means 9 based on the kind of the food in the cooking menu, and when heating, the processing circuit 6 controls the heating time based on the detected value by the humidity sensor 8.
