PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a sliding surface for skiing and snowboarding and of wax by effectively and uniformly permeating and applying the wax on the sliding surface with high permeation efficiency by means of iron heat. SOLUTION: This wax permeation apparatus has a heat retaining vessel 1 which has of an approximately rectangular hollow body and is composed of heat insulating cloth 5 having openings 2, 3 and a heat retaining sheet 6. A temperature control heating element 4 is fixed in the heat retaining vessel 1 by melting a heat-resistant waterproof sheet 7 having an air release port. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
