<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed treatment system for fishery waste having an enhanced energy saving effect in the recycling of a biologically functional substance in fishery waste. <P>SOLUTION: The closed treatment system 1 is constituted of a seasonal fluctuation adjusting stock yard 2 for receiving fishery waste, heavy metal removing equipment 3 receiving the supply of internal organs of fishes and shellfishes from the seasonal fluctuation adjusting stock yard 2, useful raw material fractionating equipment 4 for receiving the supply of the internal organs from which heavy metals are removed from the heavy metal removing equipment 3 and the useful fishery waste from seasonal fluctuation adjusting stock yard 2, methane fermentation equipment 5 for receiving the supply of the extraction residue 12 from the useful raw material fractionating equipment 4 and the non-useful fishery waste from the seasonal fluctuation adjusting stock yard 2, power generating equipment 6 operated by the methane gas from the methane fermentation equipment 5, and power distribution equipment 7 for supplying power to the heavy metal removing equipment, the useful raw material fractionating equipment and the methane fermentation equipment from the power generating equipment 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
