PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive air conditioning system capable of using the heat of a heat storage material in just proportion and using a conventional hot water tank. SOLUTION: This air conditioning system 1 comprises the heat storage material 3 for storing the heat heated or cooled by late-night power, a heating medium storage tank 4 for storing a heating medium heated by late-night power, a stored heat utilizing means 5 (7) for utilizing the heat of the heat storage material 3 for cooling and heating, a heating medium utilizing means 6 (7) for utilizing the heat of the heating medium stored in the heating medium storage tank 4 for cooling and heating, and a switching means for switching the heat storage material utilizing means 5 (7) and the heating medium utilizing means 6 (7).
