PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of surely giving a far infrared ray effect regardless of a sleeping posture. SOLUTION: The pillow has a size capable of holding a head part. Also, members listed below form a layer shape in a direction of separating from a side directly facing the head part: (1) a first layered body 2 is in a planer shape composed by forming a plurality of openings and forming a bridge part bridging the openings and is also composed by folding the side of a neck part N into two; and (2) a second layered body 3 is a fiber which is inserted and supported in the part folded into two of the first layered body 2, and in which stones emitting far infrared rays are mixed.
