PURPOSE: A method for forming a conductive polymer layer of a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor is provided to form a conductor layer of a tantalum device and improve a characteristic of capacitance by using polypyrrole and polythiophene to perform chemical polymerization processes, twice. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a conductive polymer layer of a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor includes a chemical polymerization process employing polypyrrole and a chemical polymerization process employing polythiophene. The chemical polymerization process employing polypyrrole is to dip a tantalum device into an oxidant and polypyrrole as a monomer and cleaning and dry the tantalum device. The chemical polymerization process employing polythiophene is to dip the tantalum device into a mixed solution including thiophene, oxidant, and diluent and dry the tantalum device, repeatedly. |
