<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for an electronic medical charts, which may understandably display a history of a prescription for medicines or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The system for the electronic medical charts comprises an input means for instructing to display the history of the prescription, an input means for selecting a category of the history of the prescription to be displayed, a process means for reading out a data of categorized treatment selected over predetermined days by the input means for the selection from a database, and a control means, which displays a read out treatment date for each treatment data in sequence on a horizontal axis, each read out treatment on a vertical axis, and whether the treatment has been practiced for each treatment data in according to the dates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
