<p>A cosmetic hair preparation of a non-washing-off type which comprises (a) malic acid or a salt thereof, (b) lactic acid or a salt thereof, and (c) an organic solvent selected from the group consisting of an aromatic alcohol, N-alkylpyrrolidone, alkylene carbonate, polypropylene glycol, lactone, and cyclic ketone. The cosmetic hair preparation essentially modifies the hair and is highly effective in improving the hair in gloss, suitability for setting, and touch.</p> |
