PURPOSE: A system for synthesizing a multimedia moving image and a multimedia moving image making method using the same are provided to largely reduce a manufacturing cost by synthesizing the multimedia moving image with an internal operation program of a computer without an expensive equipment, and satisfy diverse needs of a customer by downloading/using various multimedia moving images through the network. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen generates a signal for selecting various modes and performing editing, and displays the moving image synthesized by an image synthesizer. A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera captures image data. A microphone records voice data of a user. The image synthesizer synthesizes the image selected from a background moving image database and the image captured by the CCD camera depending on a control signal of a controller. An automatic CD supplier supplies a CD for storing the moving image by responding to the note input. A CD maker makes the moving image and the voice into the CD. An e-mail sender transmits the selected image as an e-mail. A moving image receiver receives the updated moving image from the outside through the wireless and stores it in the background moving image database.
