<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily fill an intended amount of gel solution into a capillary. <P>SOLUTION: In this gel filling method for filling the gel into the hollow fiber, an open end side of the hollow fiber with a sealed one end is immersed into the gel forming solution, in a system of reduced pressure atmosphere, the solution is thereafter filled into a hollow part of the hollow fiber by sealing gas into the system to bring an inside of the system from the reduced pressure atmosphere into ordinary atmospheric pressure or more of pressurized atmosphere, and the filled solution is gelled in the hollow part of the hollow fiber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
