PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device that can be made compact in a novel structure. SOLUTION: A circuit board 10 onto which electronic parts 11, 12 and 13 are mounted is housed in a case 1. A connection electrode 15 is formed under the circuit board 10, and the base end of an external connection pin 40 is joined with the electrode 15. The external connection pin 40 is projected from the outside of the case 1 through a through-hole 5 for picking up pin formed in the case 1.
