FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing probiotic bacterial preparations and can be used in veterinary science and medicine for prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases in animals and humans and for correction of microbiocenosis also. For preparing probiotic bacterial preparation cellular walls of symbiotic strain of non-toxicogenic diphtheria corynebacteria, Corynebacterium diphtheriae tox- 5047 GISK named for L.A. Tarasevitch are used. Proposed probiotic is harmless, method for its preparing shows high technological features and useful for using in different medicinal formulations - capsules, powders, ointments, aerosols, drops, suppositories and so on that provides the enhanced effectiveness in prophylaxis and treatment of infectious diseases in animals and humans.
