FIELD: medicine, nephrology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested kidney contains a body and filtration membranes and designed with possibility to be implanted into patient's body. Between the body and membranes four chambers are formed, two of them are for filtration out of arterial pathway through filtration membranes and designed in the form of prosthesis of the main arterial pathway or arterial-venous anastomosis, they are connected through calibrating openings and a valve designed as elastic gasket being supplied with a mechanism for distance control with the third chamber. The latter, in its turn, is connected with filtrate-removing tube and a valve that prevents the outflow from the chamber. The fourth chamber is connected with a tube for filtrate's returning into the vein. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
