The trolley has a chassis (1) with base plate (1a) and wheels. A front extension part (7) with wheels is coupled to the chassis via a connection element (8), which extends through an aperture (7c) in the extension and is locked in position. The element consists of a vertical stud-like main body (9a) and an eccentric turnable head (9b), which projects out of the aperture when in locked coupling position. The stud is connected to the chassis via a bearing element (10). Base plate and extension element are aligned when coupled.
