PURPOSE: A shock absorbing structure of a hood panel is provided to safely protect a pedestrian by sufficiently absorbing the shock energy through a hood bumper when the pedestrian clashes against the hood panel of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A supporting bracket(4) is fixed in the upper part of a radiator support member(2) through a fixing bolt(5). A supporting bar(6) having an inclined face(6a) is protruded in the upper center of the supporting bracket. A moving member(7) having another inclined face(7a) is installed in the upper part of the supporting bar through a link(8). A fixing bar(10) combining with a hood bumper(3) is protruded in the upper center of the moving member.
