PURPOSE: An apparatus for mixing and quantitatively distributing and supplying feed is provided to minimize outer factors including a livestock barn's suffering from stress because the noise of a feed device does not reach the livestock barn. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes: a feed drum(200) collecting and storing bulky feed, concentrate fodder, etc.; cyclones(310) connecting the feed drum(200) and a vacuum pump(100) to a conveying pipe(110); storage hoppers(320) capable of discharging a proper amount of feed fed to the cyclones(310); a grinding and mixing machine(300) grinding and mixing and blending the feed discharged from the storage hoppers(320); a mixed feed supply and storage tank(400) connected to the lower end of the grinding and mixing machine(300) by the vacuum pump(100) and the conveying pipe and storing the mixed and blended feed; and a feed distributor(500) receiving a predetermined amount of feed from the mixed feed supply and storage tank(400) and distributing the same to a feed supply trough(500) of a livestock barn.
