The invention relates to a surface-polishing block. The invention is of the type comprising a spongy body which houses an element that contains a viscous, cleaning, repairing, polishing and/or staining substance. An essentially rigid body is affixed to the upper part of the aforementioned sponge and is used as a grip means. The invention is characterised in that it comprises a cavity which passes through the grip means (4) and reaches the soft mass (2) of the polishing block (1). A container (5) with rigid walls, which is intended for the above-mentioned viscous substance, is housed in said cavity. The upper part (7) of the container, which is disposed in the grip element (4), is flexible and elastic and can be pressed by the user. Moreover, the lower part of said container (5) comprises a control valve (6) which regulates the release of the substance. |
