PURPOSE: A vest with a cooling and warming pack is provided to keep the warmth of a body or to cool the body. CONSTITUTION: The vest with a cooling and warming pack is used with no limitation of the place to maintain the cooling and warming effects. An outside material of the pack for the vest in markets is made of vinyls being excellently applicable for warm or cold temperatures. The pack is constructed to be inserted into the vest by opening the zipper.
