PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confirmation action evaluation device which can appropriately evaluate a driver's confirmation action in accordance with the behavior of a traveling object such as a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the confirmation action evaluation device 10 constituted to be functionally classified into an operating condition measuring device 32, a confirming action deciding device 34 and a decision result presenting device 36, the operating condition is measured by the operating condition measuring device 32, and the confirmation action of a driver is decided by the confirmation action deciding device 34 by using the measured value of the operating condition, thereby presenting the decision result by the decision result presentation device 36.
