<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food prepared from the leaf, root, etc., of vegetables, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A powdery food material composed of carbon is produced by baking bamboo grass leaf, leaf and root of vegetables (loquat tree, persimmon tree, mulberry tree, pine tree, gingko tree, tea leaf, mugwort root, etc.), etc., in a sealed pot.
