PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material consisting of wool, cotton, textile fibers, nonwoven fabric, membrane, wood, plywood or particle board by widely investigating the micronization of the clusters of deep layer water( deep sea water taken from deep sea≥200 m in depth, upwelling seawater or deep layer water ) through utilizing the properties of thorium, uranium-series nuclides or the like found in rare earth ore, tourmaline, feldspar, etc. SOLUTION: The material is obtained by coating/furnishing a material consisting of wool, cotton, textile fibers, nonwoven fabric, membrane, wood, plywood or particle board with micronized water clusters attained by making rare earth ore, tourmaline, feldspar, etc. into a pottery of double-cross shape and then treating deep layer water, pure water, concentrated water or the like with the pottery. This material thus obtained is increased in negative ion generation efficiency. Coating/furnishing the material consisting of wool, cotton, textile fibers, nonwoven fabric, membrane, wood, plywood or particle board, already coated/furnished with the micronized water clusters, with the fine powder of rare earth ore, tourmaline, feldspar, etc. further improves the negative ion generation efficiency of the final material.
