PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cleaning agent composition for a flush toilet, which can persistently exhibit a high stainproofing effect without causing re-staining even when continuously used for a long time. SOLUTION: The solid cleaning agent composition contains (a) a polymer compound having monomer units containing one or more groups selected from amino groups and quaternary ammonium groups, in a specified range in the molecule, and having a weight-average molecular weight in a specified range, (b) a compound having one or more quaternary ammonium groups and one or more 8-16C alkyl groups and having a molecular weight of below 1,000, and (c) a compound having one or more 12-20C hydrocarbon groups and polyoxyalkylene groups with an average number of oxyalkylene molecules added of 50 to 200.
