PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle surrounding image processing device capable of being embodied with less wiring and generating easily favorable images in accordance with the operating condition. SOLUTION: The vehicle surrounding images processing device judges whether the brake SW19 is on at Step 100, and judges whether the vehicle speed is as low as below 20 km/h, at Step 110. At Step 120, judgement is made whether the shift lever is positioned in the D-range or R-range, and at Step 130, judgement is passed that it is in the reversing condition, for example in parking, and displaying according to the indication 1 is conducted. At Step 140, judgement is made whether a direction indicator 25 is lighted, and at Step 150, judgement is passed that it is in the left turning or right turning condition, for example at an intersection, and displaying according to the indication 2 is conducted. At Step 160, it is assumed that the vehicle is in the normal running condition, and displaying according to the indication 3 is conducted for displaying that the vehicle is running normally.
