PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make safely and quickly performable the laying of laying materials such as tiles and stone blocks having superior antislipping property and micrometer-order small holes. SOLUTION: The antislipping laying materials such as antislipping construction tiles are laid on an indoor/outdoor walkway surface with micrometer-order small holes being opened. The micrometer-order small holes 2 provided in the surfaces of the laying materials 1 are previously opened in a factory and a blocking sheet material 3 is pasted to the surfaces of the laying materials 1 adaptably to be peeled off after joint treatment in such a manner that the small holes 2 are not blocked with joint materials during construction at site. The laying materials 1, when constructed, are pasted to a construction area at the site at certain spaces and subjected to joint treatment, and the blocking sheet material 3 is peeled off the surfaces of the laying materials 1 after the joint treatment.
