<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a memory card even in the interruption of external voltage to electronic equipment mountable with the memory card. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether the AC voltage of a TV receiver 1 with the attachable and detachable memory card 4 is interrupted (S102).
