PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device for contributing to editing after photographing by detecting an abnormality such as ground photographing. SOLUTION: A variety of image processing are treated to image data acquired from CCD 50 to record in a recording medium (S20), if an acceleration A (rad/s) detected by an acceleration detecting device 90 is larger than a prescribed value and AF control (AF search) lasts during a prescribed duration by an AF detecting circuit 74, abnormal photographing warning information is added to the recorded image data to be recorded (S22-S28). That is, if an AF search state lasts during the prescribed duration over the prescribed acceleration A (rad/s), it is determined as the abnormal photographing, the warning information indicating the abnormal photographing is recorded in accordance with the recorded image data.
