<p>An operating assembly is set at latched condition to maintain the rotors (46,46') at primary latched position. The rotor, moved parallel to a reference plane when moved between primary latched and release positions, has non-uniform thickness taken orthogonally to the reference plane. The rotors are movable relative to the housing selectively between primary latched and release position. An independent claim is also included for a combination.</p> |
