PURPOSE: A combining structure of a quadrant reinforce of a vehicle is provided to prevent noise from coming in by the quadrant reinforce in matching an inside side of a frame and to operate a sealing operation easily by matching a flange of a front door outer panel with the quadrant reinforce. CONSTITUTION: A combining structure of a quadrant reinforce(1) of a vehicle includes a front door frame(5), the quadrant reinforce, a front door outer panel(3) and a front door inner panel(4). The quadrant reinforce forms an installing portion of a side mirror. The front door outer panel is welded to a U-shaped forming portion of the quadrant reinforce. The front door inner panel is welded to a lower side of the U-shaped forming portion. An extending portion(3a) is formed to cover the U-shaped forming portion from the front door outer panel. Both sides of the U-shaped forming portion of the quadrant reinforce is formed by being folded to contact the front door frame.
