PURPOSE: An air-cooling type torch using magnetic force is provided to improve weldability by preventing a magnetic coil from being damaged by heat generated during a welding process. CONSTITUTION: An air-cooling type torch includes a torch tip(1000), an electromagnet section(1200), an insulation section(1100) and a magnetic coil(1300). The torch tip(1000) has a cavity therein in order to receive an electrode rod(110). The electromagnet section(1200) is installed around an outer peripheral portion of a front end(1000a) of the torch tip(1000). The insulation section(1100) is installed around an outer peripheral portion of the electromagnet section(1200). The insulation section(1100) is made from synthetic resin capable of shielding electricity and heat. The magnetic coil(1300) is installed in the insulation section(1100).
