PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display actual weather conditions, using simple constitution so as to be easily understood realistically. SOLUTION: Weather information is acquired as text data from an FM broadcasting station with an FM multiplex broadcast reception unit, and information on the existing position of a vehicle is acquired with an existing position detector. A controller detects a weather forecast for the existing position from the acquired weather information. In matching with to the forecast, a pattern for the sky of a three-dimensional image to be displayed on a display unit is changed over to a pattern for fine weather, when it is fine, and swithes over to a pattern for rainy weather, when it rains.
