PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source supporting structure for a vehicle, which eliminates a feeling of the longitudinal and latitudinal vibrations of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The power source supporting structure comprises bearing mount members 11, which have a plurality of mount members 1 mounted on a sub-frame 22 elastically supported on the vehicle body 21, with at least one of mount members 1 mounted at a level lower than that of the gravity center of a power source, and chiefly bear the weight of the power source. The supporting structure also includes non-bearing mount members 12, which have a spring element at least either in the longitudinal or latitudinal direction of the vehicle body 21, are mounted on the vehicle body 21 at a level higher than that of the gravity center of the power source, and chiefly do not bear the weight of the power source.
