PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating wall cleaning car 1 for performing cleaning work of a sound insulating wall W in a short time. SOLUTION: This sound insulating wall cleaning car has a cleaning liquid injection part 3 for injecting a cleaning liquid, a high pressure water injection part 4 for injecting high pressure water and a low pressure water injection part 5 for injecting low pressure water, and the respective injection parts 3 to 5 are constituted so as to inject the cleaning liquid outward in the car width direction. The respective injection parts 3 to 5 are respectively arranged in order of the cleaning liquid injection part 3, the high pressure water injection part 4 and the low pressure water injection part 5 backward from the vehicle longitudinal directional front.
