PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified wheelchair bathing apparatus with which a person can take a bath relaxingly while saving the amount of hot water. SOLUTION: This simplified wheelchair bathing apparatus comprises a main unit (2), left and right side covers (3a) and (3b), and a wheelchair (5) having a human body mounting part (4). The left and right side covers are arranged on the main unit (2) so that the distance between the covers is gradually narrowed in a linear fashion toward their ends when seen on the flat surface level, and the width of the human body mounting part is tapered linearly when seen on the flat surface level. The apparatus is so configured that only by pushing the wheelchair (5) into a space between the left and right side covers (3a) and (3b), the left and right side covers (3a) and (3b) and left and right side walls (8a) and (8b) of the human body mounting part (4) are sealed up together to form a bathtub (9).
