<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for evaluating intellectual property rights by which values of the intellectual property rights in all fields are objectively evaluated. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for evaluating the intellectual property rights comprises: a rights information input section inputting information specifying the intellectual property rights; an execution state investigation section inputting a result obtained by investigating an enterprise executing or hopefully executing the intellectual property rights; a cash flow calculation section calculating the earnings, costs, and gains of a product being an object by referring to an enterprise information database previously storing information useful as a base for calculating the cash flow of the enterprise to calculate the cash flow; a cash flow amendment section amending the cash flow based on specified elements reducing the cash flow; a rights range determination section obtaining a parameter complying with added values provided by the intellectual property rights based on the rights range of the intellectual property rights; and a rights evaluation amount calculation section calculating the evaluation amount of the intellectual property rights by multiplying the amended cash flow by the parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
