PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the washing time of an object to be washed, and make the object usable immediately after washing by making it possible to quckly raise the temperature of a washing solution. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic washing apparatus is provided with a pressure resistant container 1 for storing an object to be washed, a heat fluid introduction space forming part 2 which is installed in the outer circumferential wall part of the pressure resistant container 1, introduces a heat fluid supplied from outside, and transmits the heat of the heat fluid to the pressure resistant container 1, a washing solution supply means 3 for supplying the washing solution to the pressure resistant container 1, an ultrasonic vibrator 4 for applying the ultrasonic vibration to the washing solution to the pressure resistant container 1, a discharge means 5 for discharging the washing solution out of the pressure resistant container 1, and a pressure reducing means 6 for reducing the pressure in the pressure resistant container 1.
