PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective sheet having uniform appearance, improved reflective performance and excellent weather resistance by an extremely easy and inexpensive method. SOLUTION: The layered body having a sealed structure has at least a surface layer, a binder layer and an air layer as a sealed structure by the binder layer. The binder layer and/or a supporting layer carrying the binder layer is colored into a color with≥40 of Y in the XYZ color chart and with (x, y) on the chromaticity chart excluding a region defined by lines connecting four points of (0.303, 0.300), (0.368, 0.366), (0.340, 0.393) and (0.274, 0.329).
