ALTERNATOR HAVING VACUUM PUMP FOR REDUCING NOISE AND VIBRATION

PURPOSE: An alternator having a vacuum pump for reducing noise and vibration is provided to prevent the vibration of the vacuum pump to a main body of the alternator by installing an anti-vibration plate between a rear bracket and a housing plate. CONSTITUTION: A bracket(10) is formed with a rear bracket(10a) and a front bracket(10b). The stator(20) is installed between the rear and the front brackets. A shaft(30) is supported by a bearing(31). A rotor(40) is installed at an intermediate part of the shaft. A pulley(32) is installed at a front end of the shaft. A commutator(50) is installed at an intermediate part of the shaft. A brush assembly(60) is close to the commutator. The brush assembly and a rectification diode(71) are adhered on a circuit board(70). A heat sink plate(80) is close to the circuit board. A pump housing plate(94) is fixed to a rear part of the rear bracket. A vein(92) is formed at a rear end of the shaft. A vacuum pump(90) including a check valve(93) is installed at a pump housing(91). An anti-vibration plate(200) is inserted between the rear bracket and the housing plate in order to prevent the vibration of the vacuum pump.
