PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which simplifies heat insulation processing and includes a heat insulating film excellent in durability in a foam molding mold where heat insulation processing is carried out on the inside face of a steam chamber. SOLUTION: The foam molding mold is used for foam molding in which foaming thermoplastic resin particles are filled in the space of a molding chamber; next, steam is led from the steam chambers 15 and 35 provided behind the space of the molding chamber into the space of the molding chamber to heat those; and those are foamed and fused to obtain a desirable shaped molded article. Further, the foam molding mold comprises such that those which are dispersed with a hollow silica particle into a silicone resin are coated to at least a part or the whole of the inner face of the steam chamber side of one or more among center plates 12 and 32, flames 13 and 33, and back plates 14 and 34 which form the steam chambers 15 and 35 of the molds 1 and 3; and dried to form a coated layer 50.
