PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera system and a network camera, a network terminal, and a voice reproduction method that are capable of relating an image to voice for outputting without requiring any special operation when displaying an image on a window. SOLUTION: The network camera system comprises at least one of the network cameras 2, 2a, 2b, 2c; and the network terminal 1 capable of displaying the image and the voice on the window from a received web page. In the network cameras 2, 2a, 2b, and 2c, an applet/plug-in transmission section is provided. At the applet/plug-in transmission section, an applet is transmitted, where the applet relates the window for displaying the image 1 to the voice for reproducing in the network terminal 1.
